This session will be an introduction of our inner health and how we shape our experiences of the world through Three principles: Thoughts, Consciousness and Mind (by Sidney Banks).
In the end of the session, there will be a short practical game.
By this deeper approach and your own insights, it will help you achieve clarity, peace of mind, and transformative change in both your personal and professional life.
We will meet at Studenterhus (Salen, ground floor) from 18:00 to 20:00.

– Round of introductions
– Brief introduction to the meaning and importance of The Three Principles
– Individual activities followed by discussion and observations
– Open space for questions and suggestions
